Hi from Groovy Chick

Hola amigos! Groovy here, I'll be sharing this blog with my father(idratherbehiking). I've been caching for about two years although I don't post my finds online most of the time. This is due to pure laziness. I enjoy finding Cemetary Caches. So far I've hidden three caches and each of them have been in a cemetary. One of them consisted of using the tombstones to find the coordinates. Other than cemetary caches, I enjoy night-time caches. Especially the one down in Old Post Park. I've found that one three times. For the record, I just enjoy caching!

My first post!

I have been toying around with the idea of creating a blog of my own for a long time now and just got around to doing it. My main intention is to have a place to present some of my experiences from hiking and geocaching. These are my two favorite things to do besides spending time with my family. I will try to post some pictures and trip notes from some recent hikes in the near future. I have just started a new job so I don't know when I will get to go hiking next.
